I had three daughters in my early 20s and went on to open The Village Healing Centre in 2004, and run a large, busy yoga studio from 2011 to 2021. I’ve been a community leader for 30 years. I’m trained as a shiatsu practitioner and a DBT skills coach and have been creating sex positive spaces for many years.
I’ve worked through much of my own trauma and come to a place where I feel truly safe and comfortable in the world and in my own skin. Love is my compass for all things.
